You'll be responsible for

Delivering client-facing training sessions
Conducting virtual and occasional in-person training to support onboarding and implementation for clients.📖
Maintaining and improving existing training content
Updating and enhancing training materials, including knowledge base articles and videos, to ensure they are effective and relevant.🔍
Conducting basic needs analysis
Gathering feedback from customers and internal teams to identify training needs and improve offerings.Key criteria
