You'll be responsible for

Executing leasing strategy
Execute the leasing strategy to achieve occupancy, ramp-up, and revenue goals while conducting engaging property inspections and group tours.🤝
Building relationships
Build relationships with prospects, manage enquiries via CRM, and guide applicants through to lease execution, ensuring a smooth process.📜
Maintaining compliance
Maintain high-quality listings, prepare and negotiate leases, and ensure full compliance with VIC legislation while supporting renewals and onboarding.What we're looking for

Junior leasing or real estate experience
Experience in leasing or real estate with a valid Cert IV.View fit
