You'll be responsible for

Answering client enquiries
Responding to all incoming client enquiries and assisting or transferring calls as needed.📂
Managing client files
Overseeing the administration of all client files from open to close, ensuring accuracy and completeness.📑
Preparing court documents
Producing client correspondence and preparing court documents as requested by the team.Key criteria

Legal assistant experience in Wills and Estates
Demonstrated experience supporting Wills and Estates Litigation teams.View

Strong communication skills
