You'll be responsible for

Drafting and negotiating contracts
Draft, negotiate, and manage a high volume of intellectual property licenses, service agreements, and other legal documents related to the licensing, distribution, promotion, and marketing of toys, apparel, books, and consumer goods.🤝
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial category management, product development, creative, and finance.📞
Managing legal communications
Manage legal communications with external partners to facilitate deal closures and resolve outstanding issues efficiently.Key criteria
