You'll be responsible for

Developing and managing a risk & compliance framework
Working with the General Counsel - APAC to proactively manage a risk & compliance framework across the APAC region, supporting global policies and compliance processes.✍️
Drafting and reviewing contracts
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of contracts and agreements, while attending to other legal matters.🤝
Building stakeholder relationships
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure high staff awareness of risk & compliance.Key criteria

Legal qualifications and experience
Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of commercial experience.View
