You'll be responsible for

Drafting and reviewing agreements

Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial and corporate agreements to ensure legal compliance and protect the company's interests.

Assisting with legal advice

Provide legal advice across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters to support business operations.

Supporting dispute management

Assist in managing disputes and contentious matters, including coordinating with external counsel and tracking progress of claims.

Post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law

Experience in corporate and commercial law, in-house or private practice.
