You'll be responsible for

Drafting contracts
Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting various commercial contracts and advising on disputes.📋
Supporting governance activities
Assisting with governance and company secretariat activities, including compliance reporting.What we're looking for

3+ years post-admission experience
