Providing legal advice
Providing timely legal advice to internal stakeholders on operational, contractual, compliance, risk and governance matters.🔍
Assisting with governance activities
Assisting with governance, risk and compliance activities, including policy drafting and regulatory reporting.Key criteria

Commercial law experience
2-4 years of experience in commercial law and corporate advisory.View
