Drafting and negotiating agreements

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements to support business operations.

Providing legal advice

Providing timely legal advice to internal stakeholders on operational, contractual, compliance, risk and governance matters.

Assisting with governance activities

Assisting with governance, risk and compliance activities, including policy drafting and regulatory reporting.

Commercial law experience

2-4 years of experience in commercial law and corporate advisory.
