You'll be responsible for

Drafting and negotiating contracts

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts across various areas, ensuring compliance and risk management.

Providing legal advice

Acting as the day-to-day legal contact for allocated business units and providing clear, commercially-oriented advice on legal and regulatory issues.

Managing intellectual property

Responsible for the management of the existing IP portfolio and advising on new products and branding.

Key criteria

📜

4–7 years PQE in corporate/commercial law

Demonstrated experience in corporate or commercial law practice.
