You'll be responsible for

Providing legal advice
Delivering clear legal advice on regulatory reporting and notification obligations impacting Rest.📜
Supporting regulator engagements
Guiding the business on legislative, regulatory and licensing requirements, including representative conduct.🛡️
Managing disputes and litigation
Managing regulator-initiated disputes and litigation, partnering with external counsel as required.Key criteria

Bachelor of Laws degree
Possession of a Bachelor of Laws or relevant degree.View

Admission in Australian jurisdiction
Current practising certificate for legal practice in Australia.View

Experience in financial services
