You'll be responsible for

Providing legal lead support
Lead the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of standard form contracts for the APAC region, ensuring high-quality and efficient contracting support.🔧
Supporting enterprise initiatives
Contribute to template generation, process optimization, and contracting innovation to promote good contracting practices.⚖️
Advising on legal matters
Provide general legal advice to clients in the APAC region, focusing on commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Procurement.Key criteria
