You'll be responsible for

Undertaking advocacy for children and young people in areas of law such as child protection and youth justice, ensuring their rights are upheld.

Assisting children and young people to understand decisions and ensuring their views are heard in meetings and hearings.

Sustaining positive relationships with team members and external stakeholders to enhance advocacy efforts.

Key criteria

⚖️

Law degree and admission

Possession of a law degree and admission as a legal practitioner in Queensland.

C class driver's licence

Valid C class driver's licence for travel to various locations.

Current Blue Card clearance for child advocacy responsibilities.
