You'll be responsible for

Managing legal documents
Prepare legal documents, court forms, and correspondence, ensuring quality and accuracy under lawyer supervision.📞
Liaising with stakeholders
Communicate with courts, counsel, clients, and third parties, handling filing and e-filing duties in line with quality procedures.🗓️
Overseeing administrative tasks
Manage mailbox, diary scheduling, travel arrangements, and client billing, including invoice and expense processing.What we're looking for

Legal secretary experience
Demonstrated experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm.View fit
