You'll be responsible for

Managing statutory litigation
Managing and oversight of all IfNSW statutory litigation including all relevant authorization processes, referral of instructions to the legal panel, claims management actions, evidence requests, attending teleconferences and hearings, providing instructions and reporting outcomes.📝
Providing legal advice
Provide sound advice on legislative, regulatory, legal, policy and guideline requirements affecting workers’ compensation claims to enable sound, evidence-based and legally accurate decision making.🔍
Reviewing legal advice
Managing, assisting, and reviewing legal advice including s151Z recovery litigation and litigated statutory workers’ compensation claims.Key criteria
