Planning and delivering care
Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality Social Work care to patients, families and carers consistent with SESLHD policies, procedures and standards.🌍
Supporting diverse populations
Work with culturally and socially diverse patients and their families, providing compassionate care and support.⏰
Participating in after-hours service
Participate in the after-hours on call crisis service, including weekends, to support patients in need.What we're looking for
