Deliver ongoing support for services, including incident, change, and problem management, to maintain operational excellence.🤝
Collaborating with resolver teams
Engage with various teams within Unisys and external vendors to drive successful outcomes for clients.Key criteria

Experience with MECM/SCCM
Proven experience managing MECM/SCCM infrastructure and patching.View

InTune migration experience
