You'll be responsible for

Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers
Engaging with clients, claimants, and service providers to facilitate claims processes.🔍
Providing analysis of claims as required
Conducting analysis of claims to support decision-making and resolution.✉️
Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
Drafting and sending correspondence to ensure claims are progressed and resolved.Key criteria

Experience managing liability claims
