You'll be responsible for

Delivering personalised care

Providing personalised spiritual and pastoral care in line with individual care plans.

Facilitating activities

Facilitating and coordinating group spiritual and lifestyle activities for residents.

Offering bereavement support

Offering bereavement support to residents, their families, and staff during difficult times.

Key criteria

Experience in lifestyle or pastoral care

Minimum one year’s experience in aged care settings.
