You'll be responsible for

Developing and managing activities
Creating a monthly calendar of group activities tailored to residents’ needs and preferences, while identifying and nurturing their individual talents and hobbies.🎉
Overseeing activity implementation
Ensuring that leisure and lifestyle activities meet the mental, physical, spiritual, psychological, and emotional needs of residents, while collaborating with the care team.🤝
Supporting and mentoring team members
Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment by mentoring new Lifestyle Officers and ensuring all activities comply with Aged Care Quality Standards.Key criteria

1+ year of lifestyle officer experience
Demonstrated experience in aged care settings enhances resident engagement.View

Certificate III or IV in leisure and lifestyle
Relevant qualification supports effective program development and delivery.View
