You'll be responsible for

Supporting individuals with disabilities
Providing linkage and referrals to community and mainstream services, ensuring participants receive the support they need.🗺️
Guiding participants through NDIS
Assisting individuals in navigating the NDIS, helping them understand their options and make informed choices.🔄
Undertaking additional duties
Completing other tasks as requested by the Service Area Leadership Team to support overall service delivery.Key criteria
