You'll be responsible for

Supporting individuals with disabilities
Providing linkage and referrals to community and mainstream services, ensuring participants receive the support they need.🗺️
Guiding participants through NDIS
Helping participants navigate the NDIS and make informed choices about their plans and funding.📝
Undertaking additional duties
