You'll be responsible for

Maintaining a safe home environment
Ensuring that the residential aged care home is physically safe, well-maintained, and secure for all residents.🔧
Executing the preventative maintenance program
Implementing a proactive approach to maintenance to prevent issues before they arise.🤝
Coordinating external maintenance contractors
Managing relationships with external contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance.Key criteria

Trade certificate or Cert IV in Maintenance/Building services
Possession of relevant qualifications for maintenance tasks.View

Hands-on experience in building maintenance
Demonstrated experience in handyman or building services roles.View
