Team Management and Support
Lead and manage a team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs). You will oversee their daily responsibilities, providing the necessary support and technical guidance to ensure performance targets are met.⚙️
Technical Oversight
Provide engineering and technical support to FSTs and contractors. You will ensure that standard engineering practices are applied to all regional installation and maintenance activities.🤝
Stakeholder Coordination
Manage the interface between Air Liquide and external suppliers or contractors. You will conduct site inspections and respond to customer service requirements, ensuring consistent service delivery.Key criteria
