You'll be responsible for

Overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities
Managing all grounds and maintenance activities across the park to ensure high standards of presentation and safety.👥
Leading and developing the maintenance team
Supporting and mentoring the grounds and maintenance team to foster a positive work environment and enhance skills.🔧
Implementing preventative maintenance programs
Managing and executing preventative maintenance strategies in line with Discovery Way to minimize disruptions and maintain quality.Key criteria

Trade qualification
Possession of a relevant trade qualification such as Electrician, Plumber, or Carpenter.View

3+ years maintenance leadership experience
Demonstrated experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in hospitality.View
