You'll be responsible for

Completing maintenance tasks

Completing general repairs and handyperson tasks such as painting, picture hanging and light replacements.

Performing plumbing maintenance

Performing small plumbing maintenance, including replacing taps and washers.

Supporting community upkeep

Supporting the upkeep of external assets such as lighting and sprinkler systems.

General maintenance experience

Proven experience in general maintenance or trade-based roles.
