Engaging and developing a team
Engaging, onboarding, training, developing and retaining a diverse and high-performing team for effective running of the Network Intelligence & Operations Centre (NIOC).🔗
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working closely with the Contact Manager, Asset Strategy Manager, Delivery Manager, Business Performance Manager and client representatives to prioritize Hazard & Defect Identification and Rectification Works and Planned Works.⏱️
Monitoring works
Overseeing scheduling of works in accordance with client-approved programs, completing all pre-works enabling activities and undertaking real-time monitoring, jeopardy management and status reporting of in-progress works across the network.Key criteria

5+ years in leadership roles
Experience in network operations and program management for large budgets.View
