Leading the workshop team
Overseeing the mechanical and electrical teams across both SA sites and developing them for future success.🛠️
Executing preventative maintenance plans
Implementing maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure asset reliability.🏗️
Managing contractors on site
Coordinating and overseeing contractors to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.What we're looking for

Trade qualification and experience
Trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) with 5+ years of experience.View

Budget management skills
Proven experience managing maintenance budgets and labour utilisation.View
🛠️
Computerised maintenance management system knowledge
Strong knowledge of CMMS, preferably Mainpac.View
