Leading and mentoring mechanical trades
Provide guidance and support to mechanical teams and contractors to ensure high performance and safety standards.🦺
Ensuring compliance with safety policies
Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure all team members are trained and competent before commencing work.🛠️
Planning and executing maintenance activities
Work closely with maintenance planners to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high-quality standard.What we're looking for
🔧
Trade qualification in mechanical engineering
Possession of a relevant trade qualification such as Mechanical, HD Fitter, or Boilermaker.View
📅
2+ years supervising mechanical teams
Demonstrated experience leading mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry.View

Extensive maintenance experience
Proven background in maintaining SAG and ball mills, pumps, and conveyors.View
