Leading and mentoring mechanical trades
Guide and support mechanical trades, contractors, and support personnel while ensuring safety leadership and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.🔧
Planning and executing maintenance activities
Collaborate with maintenance planners to ensure preventative and corrective maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard, with effective housekeeping post-work.📈
Optimising resources and continuous improvement
Focus on minimising costs and waste while ensuring resources are used effectively to promote safety and production.What we're looking for
🔧
Trade qualification in mechanical engineering
Possession of a relevant trade qualification such as Mechanical, HD Fitter, or Boilermaker.View
👥
2+ years supervising mechanical teams
Experience leading mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry settings.View
⚙️
Extensive maintenance experience
Proven experience maintaining SAG and ball mills, pumps, and conveyors.View
