Assist in leading and executing the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal property performance.

Supervising maintenance team

Assist in supervising a team of two Maintenance Officers and provide hands-on support by performing repairs and maintenance as required across the property.

Ensuring compliance

Always ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) best practices.
