You'll be responsible for

Provide strategic oversight of cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance, aligned with NESA’s business and technology goals.

Leading governance initiatives

Lead oversight of records, information sharing and privacy governance in line with relevant legislation and retention requirements.

Building relationships

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, government agencies and regulators, and provide clear, risk-based advice and reporting.

Key criteria

Cybersecurity framework experience

Proven experience overseeing frameworks like ISO 27001 and ISM.

Strong understanding of NSW PIPA, HRIPA, and Privacy Act 1988.
