You'll be responsible for

Bridging business needs and program delivery

Partner closely with the Head of E-Commerce ANZ, business stakeholders, and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between business needs and program delivery.

Leading business readiness activities

Support the implementation of new systems and processes by leading requirements validation, process refinement, user acceptance testing, and training coordination.

Embedding change within the E-Commerce function

Play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working across the E-Commerce team.

📊

E-Commerce management experience

5-7 years in E-Commerce management or operations.
