You'll be responsible for

Leading the design, review, development and implementation of governance policies, standards, procedures and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic imperatives.

Advising on compliance

Acting as a technical expert on governance across the organisation, supporting teams to develop and improve governance frameworks and advising on compliance with frameworks, charters and policies.

Enhancing governance practices

Driving ongoing enhancements and projects to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, adopting best practice and industry standards.
