Creating divisional portfolio view
Create a single divisional portfolio view across all T&EO initiatives through the change lifecycle from idea initiation, concept, delivery and BAU transition.✅
Prioritising initiatives
Prioritise the cross-divisional initiatives according to the agreed investment priorities ensuring that there is a view on value chain impacts within T&EO and enterprise wide.🛡️
Managing risk and governance
Proactively managing risk through effective governance and portfolio insights to inform: GNFRC, RMC’s and Risk Oversight.Key criteria
