As the Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the governance, risk, and compliance capabilities of the Office of Sport. This job is all about partnering with senior executives and stakeholders to deliver trusted advice and frameworks that support informed decision-making and integrity. You'll be responsible for

Leading governance frameworks

Lead and enhance enterprise governance, risk and compliance frameworks, providing strategic advice and assurance to Executive Leadership, employees, governance committees and stakeholders.

Delivering audit programs

Deliver a risk-based audit and assurance program, oversee organisational integrity functions, and ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and NSW Government obligations.

Building high-performing teams

Build and lead a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement, organisational capability uplift and a customer-focused approach to governance and risk management services across the organisation.
