You'll be responsible for

Leading health and wellbeing frameworks

Leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of health, hygiene and wellbeing frameworks, strategies, procedures and supporting tools.
🩺

Providing specialist advice

Providing specialist advice on workplace health risks, including occupational hygiene, psychosocial hazards, ergonomics, injury management, fitness for work and health monitoring.
🤝

Building relationships

Building strong relationships with leaders, employees, contractors, external providers, regulators and internal teams to strengthen health and wellbeing outcomes.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in health and wellbeing

Relevant degree in Health, Safety, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in a complex operational environment.
