You'll be responsible for

You will lead a specialist team responsible for providing strategic industrial relations policy advice and driving reform initiatives that support the NSW industrial relations system.

Providing high-quality advice

Deliver high-quality advice to senior executives, Ministers and government agencies on complex and often sensitive industrial relations matters.

Engaging with stakeholders

Work closely with government agencies, employee and employer representatives, industrial bodies and other key stakeholders to develop practical solutions and influence outcomes.
