About the job

As a Manager, Compliance, you will be a vital part of BOQ Group's Compliance Advisory team, providing independent oversight and advice across customer-facing and group function divisions. Your expertise will help ensure that compliance and conduct risks are effectively managed, fostering a strong culture of compliance within the organization. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of compliance initiatives and support business outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Providing compliance oversight

Supporting BOQ Group's Compliance Advisory team by offering independent oversight and advice across divisions.

Reviewing risk events

Analyzing compliance cases and customer remediation activities to identify key themes and trends in compliance risk.
🤝

Collaborating on compliance initiatives

Working with business stakeholders to ensure compliance obligations are embedded into decision-making and operational practices.

Compliance and conduct risk knowledge

Proven understanding of compliance and conduct risk management in financial services.

Experience with GRC platforms

Demonstrated proficiency using Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms.
