You'll be responsible for

Supporting onboarding processes

Supporting the end-to-end onboarding of new funds, ensuring processes align with Equity Trustees frameworks and service standards.

Preparing documentation

Preparing documentation for internal committees and assisting with legal and operational materials to ensure compliance.

Maintaining internal systems

Maintaining onboarding trackers, Salesforce records, and internal workflow systems to keep everything organized and efficient.

Experience in financial services

Demonstrated experience in funds management or trustee services.
