You'll be responsible for

Leading valuation engagements
Taking the lead on a variety of engagements from start to finish, including business and share valuations for tax and accounting purposes, valuations to support transactions, Independent Expert Reports and Purchase Price Allocations.š
Preparing valuation reports
Leading the preparation of high-quality accounting valuation reports and advice for a range of purposes, including Independent Expertās Reports (or Fairness Opinions), Purchase Price Allocations and general business, equity and intangible asset valuations.š
Driving business development
Driving business development initiatives and participating in activities with a focus on growing the firmās valuations practice.What we're looking for

Accounting valuations experience
Significant experience in accounting valuations within relevant firms.View fit
