Leading corporate valuations
Lead valuations of businesses and intangible assets for taxation, transactional, strategic and litigation purposes.📑
Performing accounting valuations
Perform and review purchase price allocations (PPAs), intangible asset valuations, impairment testing and option valuations under relevant accounting standards.📃
Preparing independent expert reports
Preparation and review of Independent Expert Reports (IERs) in accordance with ASIC and ASX requirements.
