You'll be responsible for

Leading operational frameworks

Leading the design and continuous improvement of Marketing’s operational frameworks, ensuring campaigns, projects and business-as-usual activity are delivered with consistency, clarity and impact.

Overseeing key processes

Overseeing key operational processes including divisional reporting, workflow governance, risk, compliance, quality assurance, resource planning, vendor management and budget oversight.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Collaborating closely with senior leaders, teams across Marketing and key University stakeholders to strengthen how Marketing plans, prioritises, governs and delivers work.
