This job is about strengthening ASX’s ability to maintain critical business services by analysing and planning business, operational, and technology resilience uplift strategies. Collaboration with diverse teams across Markets, Technology, and Risk ensures a supportive and inclusive work environment.

You'll be responsible for

Leading and developing resilience strategies

Lead and develop improvement of the resilience posture by developing a resilience uplift strategy (roadmap, governance and operating model) and plan and leading and executing the uplift strategy. Primary focus will be on Derivative Clearing Services. Secondary focus will be the Benchmark Administration Service.

Executing resilience analysis

Lead and execute the analysis of resilience priorities including fire drills, workshops and assessments.

Assessing resilience posture

Analyse and assess at a detailed level the current state resilience posture against potential failure scenarios using structured methodologies to identify activities required to uplift business, operational, and technology resilience posture.

Proven track record of leading and planning complex projects and programs of work.

Proficiency in scenario planning, risk assessment and management.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written & verbal) to collaborate across business, operations and technology.
