You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining equipment

Installing, repairing, and maintaining End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment at client locations.

Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support

Delivering both remote and on-site support for incidents and service requests that require advanced troubleshooting.

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
