You'll be responsible for

Managing patient interactions
Being the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.💳
Handling payments and billing
Managing payments, issuing receipts, and handling billing and invoicing efficiently.📊
Assisting with back-office activities
