Managing inquiries
Handling phone and email inquiries to the clinic in a professional manner, ensuring all client needs are addressed.📆
Scheduling appointments
Managing the scheduling system, including booking and confirming appointments for clients.📋
Maintaining client records
Providing initial information and developing and maintaining client records from customer inquiries.Key criteria

Reception and office administration experience
Minimum 2 years in a reception or office role.View
