You'll be responsible for

Collaborating
Collaborating as part of the team to increase service capacity, addressing the acute needs of consumers 18 years and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis.🧠
Providing interventions
Providing a range of specialist mental health interventions within a multidisciplinary team including triage, assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, clinical formulation, management of risks and safety planning, brief psychoeducation and close liaison with all relevant stakeholders as part of collaborative care and discharge planning.💖
Utilising trauma informed care
Care is provided utilising the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Recovery and in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and the NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.Key criteria

Relevant qualifications in mental health
Possession of a degree in Psychology, Nursing, or Allied Health.View

Experience in mental health care
Demonstrated experience providing mental health interventions.View
