You'll be responsible for
🚑
Providing after-hours rapid crisis response
Delivering immediate support to young people in suicidal distress, creating a safe environment and connecting them with local services.🛡️
Delivering recovery-oriented and trauma-informed clinical care
Offering psychosocial support, safety planning, and advocacy for young people in crisis, ensuring a holistic approach to care.🤝
Collaborating with the Towards Zero Suicide working group
Engaging in the co-design and evaluation of care models to enhance clinical practices and support for young individuals.Key criteria
🎓
Recognised qualifications in health fields
Possess qualifications in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.View
🧠
Postgraduate clinical experience in mental health
Demonstrated experience in mental health settings, especially with young people.View
👥
Experience working with peer workers
Background in collaborating with peer workers in clinical environments.View
