Providing nursing and health services
To provide nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team which offers triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management and discharge planning services to individuals in Northern Sydney Local Health Districts.Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration for Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing.View
🧠
Mental health assessment experience
Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments.View

Proven skills in crisis intervention and suicide risk management.View
