Working closely with families, Residential Aged Care Facility staff, clinicians, and community partners to provide comprehensive care.

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Possession of qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields.

Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA, or PACFA.

Two years' mental health experience

Demonstrated experience in mental health and/or aged care settings.
